Originally built in the latter half of the eighteenth century as a hunting lodge and a venue for celebrations and banquets, Villa Bianca accommodates up to 26 guests across 13 bedrooms. The ground floor features three spacious living rooms—two with traditional pietra serena stone fireplaces and one with a piano—creating inviting spaces for gathering or quiet relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for group dining, while a billiard room provides entertainment. A grand circular garden at the entrance to the villa adds a ceremonial touch to arrivals and makes it an ideal location for events and weddings. The villa is nestled within a park filled with holm oaks and cypress trees, offering a spectacular panoramic view along the ancient pilgrimage route of the Francigena.
Outside, a pool overlooks the valley, complemented by a hot tub for unwinding after days of exploration. The grounds include terraced solariums, a barbecue gazebo, and working olive groves that stretch across the estate. For active guests, there's table tennis, volleyball, e-bikes for countryside rides, and a dedicated yoga room. A small gym rounds out the wellness facilities.

On the ground floor of the Villa you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a study, a cozy bar area, and three lounge rooms, two featuring stone fireplaces and one with a piano, all with direct access to a semicircular terracotta-paved sun terrace. You'll also find an walk-in laundry room, a small living room with a TV, and a billiard room, as well as two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (shower).
On the lower ground floor there is a generous lounge with a large TV that opens on to the pool area. You'll also find a gym, a room with a ping-pong table, and a two further bedrooms, one a double and one a twin, as well as a bathroom and a further WC. The lower ground floor also has an equipped Yoga room and a massage table.
On the first floor, there are three twin bedrooms and five double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (shower). One of these bedrooms has direct access to a large terrace with amazing panoramic views.
There is also an annexe to the villa, the old Limonaia where the lemon trees would be stored for protection from winter frosts, which today houses two more double bedrooms, each with a bathroom.
Pets are welcome here. The villa is equipped with laundry facilities and a pantry.
The historic park surrounding the villa has a private pool (12 x 6m), a barbecue area with a gazebo, a hot-tub by the pool, an outdoor play area, and a volleyball court. There is excellent Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the property, including the pool area. The villa also offers safe, private parking, and extensive private grounds.
Villa Bianca is in the southern reaches of the province of Siena, on the edge of the border with both Umbria and Lazio, putting it in the perfect position to explore this region rich with historic cities, beautiful landscapes and hill-top villages. The closest village is Radicofani, a remarkable fortified village once said to be home to a brigand who would rob the pilgrims passing on their way to Rome, while just a short drive away you'll find San Casciano dei Bagni, a thermal town where a remarkable cache of Roman and Etruscan bronze statues have recently been discovered.
To the west you'll find the famous Val d'Orcia with cities like Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino within easy reach. North you'll find the medieval delights of Siena, the wineries' paradise that are the Chianti hills and, a little further, the renaissance masterpiece of Florence.
Head East and you'll find the famous cities of Cortona and Arezzo, as well as Lake Trasimeno and Perugia.
Going south will take you into the tufa-lands north of Rome, with amazing cities like Orvieto to explore, as well as striking villages perched on precarious tufa outcrops, like Pitigliano and Civita BagnoRegio.
