The villa's thoughtful layout works beautifully for a group of six: the main living area and two ensuite bedrooms occupy the ground floor, with easy access to the outdoor terraces and heated swimming pool, while a third ensuite bedroom sits privately above. Accommodation
Starna is built into the side of the hills, with the living spaces on the lower floor. A living room has large windows opening out onto a terrace with a private pool. Behind the living room a few steps lead up to a well-equipped kitchen. French doors open onto a shaded pergola on a terrace, equipped for lovely al fresco dining.
Also facing the sun-terrace and swimming-pool is a double bedroom with an ensuite showerroom. On this same floor there is also a second bedroom, also ensuite.
In the centre of the house an old stone column has been wrapped with a circular staircase, which takes you upstairs to a spacious double bedroom and an ensuite showerroom. A door from this upstairs bedroom opens onto the old threshing floor.
The swimming pool can be heated on request.

Should you wish to visit the famous cities of Tuscany, like Siena, Florence or Arezzo, they are all within an hour's drive, as are many of the other famous areas and wine cities, like the Valdorcia, or the Valdelsa.
