High above Montelupo Fiorentino, Colle di Sotto is an estate with two buildings: a villa ( Villa Luminosa ) and a cottage ( Poggio Cottage ). It's a perfect Tuscan retreat for up to 17 guests, combining space for shared moments with the privacy of separate homes.

Villa Luminosa offers six bedrooms arranged across two independent apartments, each with its own entrance and an interconnecting door. The ground-floor apartment is full of Tuscan warmth and vivid colour, while the first floor is serene and elegant, with pastel tones, antique furniture, and a sunny balcony that catches the morning light. A pool sits on a terrace next to the villa.

Nearby, Cottage Poggio is a charming two-bedroom villa with a spacious kitchen-diner, a cool mezzanine sitting room, and an inviting terrace. Its infinity pool shimmers at the hillside’s edge, as though spilling into the valley below.

Relax by the two pools among the olive trees or explore beyond: Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and Vinci are all within easy reach. Whether you’re sipping wine at sunset or floating in one of the two pools, Colle di Sotto is a place where time slows, views inspire, and Tuscany feels entirely your own.
