Nestled in the serene Mugello valley, Villa Stefania holds a rich heritage dating back to the 14th century when it was under the ownership of the Church. Situated at an elevation of 350 meters above sea level, the villa is surrounded by 230 hectares of farmland.
Preserving its historical charm, the villa features traditional elements such as beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors. Each room is elegantly furnished with period furniture and adorned with precious paintings and prints. Guests are treated to panoramic views of the valley below from the balconies and windows of the villa.
Enclosed within a park, and complete with a chapel and a majestic grove of century-old trees, the outdoor area consists of a swimming pool and a portico furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Adjacent to the villa, but maintaining its privacy, is a farmhouse divided into three separate apartments. While the caretaker resides in one of the apartments, the remaining two apartments are predominantly rented for long-term stays, each with its own private entrance.

Villa Stefania spreads out over two floors interconnected by two internal staircases. Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room adorned with a fireplace. Additionally, a convenient laundry room and two guest bathrooms add to the functionality of the ground floor.
On the first floor, guests are met by another living room complete with a fireplace. This floor also hosts six bedrooms. Among these, two double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, with one of them boasting a terrace for enjoying the scenic views. Another two double bedrooms offer access to a loggia, providing an outdoor space to immerse in the natural beauty. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms and three more bathrooms, of which two are equipped with showers and one with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms on this floor features a balcony, while the other two open onto a spacious portico.
