The ground floor of the villa has a lounge, with comfortable seating around a decorative fireplace. French doors open onto a terrace with a pergola, a table, and seating for twelve. There is also direct access to the car park. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for six.

Bedroom 2: Single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and access to the internal staircase to the first floor.

Villa Luminosa sits in the rolling hills near Montelupo Fiorentino, perfectly placed for exploring northern Tuscany. The town is known for its ceramics, and the Museo della Ceramica gives a lovely introduction to this local tradition. A short drive away is Vinci, where you can visit the Museo Leonardiano and see the landscapes that inspired Leonardo da Vinci.
Florence is within easy reach for a day of art, shopping and lively cafés, while Pisa, with its famous Leaning Tower, makes a perfect half-day trip. For something more rural, Volterra and San Gimignano offer timeless Tuscan views, medieval streets and great places for lunch. To the north, Pistoia and Montecatini Terme are both worth visiting - Pistoia for its pretty squares and local feel, and Montecatini for its warm spa waters and relaxed pace.
