High above Montelupo Fiorentino, Villa Luminosa is well placed to enjoy long-ranging views and offers six bedrooms arranged across two apartments, each with its own entrance and an interconnecting door. The ground-floor apartment is full of Tuscan warmth and vivid colour, while the first floor is serene and elegant, with pastel tones, antique furniture, and a sunny balcony that catches the morning light. A pool sits on a terrace next to the villa.

The villa is part of an estate with two buildings. They can be rented together as Colle di Sotto, or separately. Each has a private pool and grounds.

Relax by the pools among the olive trees or explore beyond: Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and Vinci are all within easy reach.
