The main residence accommodates up to ten guests, while a smaller guest cottage adjacent to the main house offers lodging for four people.
Outdoor amenities include a beautifully furnished loggia providing panoramic views of the countryside, a second outdoor lounge area, and a third pergola equipped with dining space. Positioned a few steps above the main house, Silenti boasts a panoramic swimming pool, complemented by an additional furnished patio and a tennis court. The surrounding garden is adorned with vibrant roses, fragrant lavender, and an array of other blooming flowers.

Within a 30-minute drive, guests can explore the ancient city of Orvieto, distinguished for its striking position atop nearly vertical tuff cliffs, encircled by defensive walls constructed from the same stone.
Within an hour's drive, one can explore Città della Pieve, Castiglione del Lago, Montepulciano, and Lake Trasimeno. Continuing for another 30 minutes, guests can discover Pienza, Montalcino, Spoleto, Assisi, and Perugia, the capital city of Umbria.
For those seeking off-the-beaten-path experiences, the lesser-known destinations of Civita di Bagnoregio in Lazio, accessible only via a footbridge from the nearby town, and the exquisite gardens of the Castello di Vignanello are easily reachable in less than an hour's drive.
Rome, the capital city of Italy and the capital of the Lazio region, is conveniently reachable in an hour and a half by car from the villa. Additionally, the major artistic and cultural centre of Florence can be reached in just over two hours' drive.
