On entering the house you'll find a well-equipped kitchen to the right, and a living area on the left with a large L-shaped sofa. A central door leads to a corridor with a laundry and large shower-room on the left, and a double bedroom on the right with french doors that can open out to the gardens. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the left, and french doors leading out to the Jacuzzi and to the garden.

The roads around Casa Andrea are beautiful and a pleasure to drive or cycle along; head north-west towards Pisa and you'll find roads that wind over and along the hills, with amazing views on both sides. Going east will quickly take you into Chianti, with bendy roads going through forests of evergreen oaks interspersed with vineyards and olive groves, while heading south will lead down the roads that formed the medieval pilgrimage route known as the "Francigena", the route taken by medieval pilgrims from Northern europe as they travelled towards Rome and then Jerusalem.
