While Salviati maintains its original terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings, it has been thoughtfully upgraded with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a centralized music system, and satellite TV, ensuring a harmonious fusion of old-world elegance and modern convenience.
Ground Floor
The ground floor encompasses a spacious living room that opens onto the outdoor dining area and provides access to the park. Additionally, you'll discover a comfortable leisure room with a fireplace and sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On this level there is also a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower.
First Floor
The first floor boasts six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, with the exception of one that can be configured with either twin beds or a queen bed.
Every bedroom is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a heating system, and a secure safe for your convenience. Some bedrooms overlook the pond, others the garden, swimming pool and olive groves. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, and some feature a bathtub.
