Villa Ivana is a seventeenth-century historic residence transformed through recent restorations into a prestigious Italian villa with a perfect blend of history and modernity. Modern amenities mix with original recycled materials and local architectural features, creating a warm and authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The ground floor has imposing living areas with decorated vaulted ceilings and frescoed walls, and features an antique billiards table. This level also includes a well-equipped modern kitchen, a TV room and a private chapel. The antique terracotta paving adds warmth and evokes the villa's rich history.
The upper floors have nine large bedrooms, including eight double rooms and one twin room. These rooms feature romantic four-poster beds and are complemented by splendid marble-clad bathrooms with inlaid marble. Access to these rooms is via an internal sandstone staircase behind stylish doors, leading to a frescoed living room that offers stunning views of the garden and the hilltop Tuscan town of Cortona.
