It offers two entrances, one at the rear, accessible by car directly from the main paved street leading into the kitchen area with minimal steps, and a second entrance, located at the front of the villa, that is elevated from the main road and requires ascending approximately 20 steps.

Villa Dorica comprises three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Suite Corn (35 m²) is a spacious loft bedroom that can accommodate up to four guests. It features a double bed on the ground floor (French size, 140x200) and another double bed on the loft (queen size, 180x200), has a private terrace of approximately 15 square meters and furnished with table and chairs, offering views of the inner courtyard.
Suite Clo (25 m²) features a king-size bed (200x200) and is equipped with an antique scenic stone bath in the room, in addition to a shower. It includes a private winter garden furnished with table and chairs.
Bedroom Tur (20 m²) includes a queen-size bed (180x200) and has the option for a third single bed (sofa bed, 80x180).
