Located in the heart of Palazzolo Acreide, a town recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2002, this charming Sicilian villa boasts charm and character. Situated within a spacious fenced garden spanning over 250 square meters, the property features an antique well for rainwater collection, lush fruit trees, and a saltwater swimming pool, ensuring peace and privacy despite its central location in the town's historic centre.
Conveniently designed, the entire villa is situated on a single floor, making it easily accessible and ideal for elderly individuals or those with mobility limitations. It offers two entrances, one at the rear, accessible by car directly from the main paved street leading into the kitchen area with minimal steps, and a second entrance, located at the front of the villa, that is elevated from the main road and requires ascending approximately 20 steps.
